Visual Branding

During the first semester of my Junior year, the first project that my class did for Visual Branding was to redesign a logo from a shoe brand and come up with a special design system so that it would attract new customers from a specific generation (in this case, adolescent girls). To achieve this effect, I aimed for a more minimalist look that displayed a bright blue color scheme, while also containing a lopsided feel in some of the line-work to replicate the feel of being young again.

As for my final project, the goal was to come up with a creative design for a food truck without looking too ugly or imperfect. So, I came up with "Greek Kalispera", in which the truck serves Greek cuisine, while also taking inspiration from the pottery that the ancient Greeks made back in the past. Other key aspects include sizing down the Greek figurines to fit in with the black Greek borders and making up my own menu on what kind of foods does it serve.
